Course Enrolment Procedure


Application Period NOW until 7 May, 2018 (Mon)
Application Procedure 1. Online Application: Click HERE (Google Chrome or Firefox is recommended) to complete the online application form, and upload relevant documents; OR

2. Application by Post: Click HERE to download and complete the course enrolment form, and submit it with relevant documents (including the most recent School Academic Report (required), copies of document certifying applicant’s academic competence (if any)) by post by the application deadline (postmarked date) to the address below:

(Remarks: Please state "Application for EPGL" on the envelope)

Application Result &
1. Application result will be released via email on 13 June, 2018 (Wed).

2. Upon receiving the email, successful applicants should pay the course fee by cheque or bank-transfer within three working days.
Important Notes
  •  Please beware and avoid time clash between any other courses and activities. After the announcement of result, no course fees will be refunded, transferred or retained under any circumstances.
  • Make-up lesson will not be provided except for cancellation of classes due to adverse weather conditions. CDGT and HKUST will have full discretion on fixing the date, time and venue of the make-up lessons. If any student is unable to attend, no refund/compensation in any form nor further make-up lesson will be arranged.
  • Please ensure your application bears sufficient postage before posting. (The revised principal postage rates have taken effect on 1 January 2018, please note.)

Financial Assistance Scheme (Except Course M106)


  1. Eligibility: Recipients of the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) OR School Textbook Assistance Scheme.
  2. Applicants should apply for the financial assistance in the course enrolment form and submit copies of supporting documents of the above schemes (e.g. notification/ approval letter) for approval. CDGT reserves the right to reject any applicant who failed to provide the needed documents.
  3. Successful applicants are entitled to 50% subsidy of the course fee.
