How to stay healthier by Chinese Medicine

The practice of Chinese medicine (CM) always emphasizes the prevention of diseases. In the talk, the strategy of CM to promote our body function and hence prevent and/or delay the onset of age-related diseases will be discussed. Based on our research findings, the scientific basis of health benefits of Chinese tonic herbs is established.
